Job Description:

Help Desk Specialist is responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships, providing answers to customers’ questions and other needs related to technical support. He/she is required to respond to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, installing Hardware and software applications and determines and implements solution.

The person needs to absorb and retain information quickly and present ideas in user-friendly manner.

You will be considered as the IT department’s front liner and need to ensure companies standards and ethics are maintained at the highest level.
